      Angus Kelly

From negotiating complex access issues to allow an extension to a quarry to establishing a new island crofting township, Angus's role is hugely varied. His depth of knowledge and approachable manner is key to his clients' success - whatever shape that may take.

Having been based in our Fort William office for 10+ years, Angus admits he works with great clients in some stunning locations. He takes pride in being able to apply his knowledge and experience built up during this time and continuously seeks to be ahead of the game to deliver the best results.

A complex project which deployed all of Angus’s skills was the negotiation and completion of the sale of land on behalf of a long-term client to a local community group. In this unusual transaction, he was certainly tested but the result was a positive outcome for his client.

As head of our Fort William office, Angus is involved with the many elements that comprise the Scottish landscape. His understanding of complex rural and developmental issues and how they could potentially impact his clients is invaluable.

Angus is both MRICS accredited an a Registered Valuer.

Angus is on my side and I have an excellent relationship with him. His understanding of my business needs is excellent.

When we decided to sell Dunbeg House, Bidwells, and in particular Angus Kelly, was on hand to guide us through what appeared at first glance a daunting and complex process. They/he understood who we were and our objectives of the sale and was able to make the task achievable.
